When you schedule with my preferred home inspection company you receive a free portion of Home Binder Home Management Software. Home Binder is useful in the sense that it is your digital home binder that you can put data into and it stays with the home when you go to sell. Input your paint color codes, contractor data, set up maintenance reminders, and check your appliances for recalls.
